FITXKC, LLC Bio

I’m a certified personal trainer and have a Nutrition Specialist certificated through ACE Fitness. As a personal trainer, my passion is to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. I'm here to help you build on your strengths and exceed your own expectations. I create a customized plans based on your individual health and fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health and fitness.

Jumpstart Your Health

Body weight 

Workout designed for an individual with limited equipment availability. Ideal for individuals looking to workout at home. Use body weight movements to build strength. Examples: push-ups, sit-ups, air squats, lunges, etc. 

Minimal Equipment 

Individual has some access to weight training and cardio equipment. Use of dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, etc. These routines are perfect with individuals who have a home gym and limited on time.

Full Gym Access 

Perfect for individuals who have a gym membership or access to a fully stocked fitness facility. Program uses several pieces of weight training and cardio equipment with ample room to train. 

Sports Specific Training 

Workouts designed to help develop power, speed, and explosiveness needed to help prepare athletes for upcoming season.  Perfect for youth and teen athletes looking to improve for their specific sports.

My experience with FITXKC has been awesome so far. Before FITXKC, I had bounced around between different programs and different apps, never to find one that I liked enough to stick with. Kaleb has fully customized a program for me that focuses on my weaknesses, the types of workouts I had been looking for, and focused on helping me achieve my goals. Kaleb has a lot of experience with different types of workouts, whether it be lifting at the local Gold’s gym, high-intensity workouts, body weight workouts, or Olympic lifting/power lifting programs. Because he is so well rounded in the fitness industry, I have really enjoyed the variety and challenges he puts into every week’s workouts. I definitely recommend Kaleb and FITXKC to anyone looking for a great quality personal trainer.

I have been working with Kaleb for the last month and am grateful to receive his 30 minute challenging workouts for me to do twice per week. I have a bulging disk and he takes into account that issue before sending the workouts and checks in on me to see how the workouts are going. It would be easy for me to just grab a workout online and give it a shot, but I do not take the initiative nor do the online workouts take into account my tendency to flare up my disk. I look forward to the variety of workouts Kaleb has provided. They can be as challenging as I would like depending on the weight used.
